Q4. Why is the asking price of Airport park lower than plots other layouts in the neighborhood?

There's been no maintenance or development by the original developer who sold the plots. The poor condition of the layout is the reason for the low prices in Airport Park

At this time - we don't have good owner base ( only around 50+ owners identified so far)  to estimate the one time charges and the monthly maintenance. The one time charges also depend what's the class of development we need done and what we are ready to pay

Q7. Why should I join the owners group ?

To be a part of the community that will work towards the development of the community, contribute financially and realize the value of the investment in 5-10 years....if every owner gets into group and contributes, we will be going a long, long way ! else we will continue to stay where we are now....and airport park will start stinking like H2S !  :(
